These terms apply when you buy from this store. By placing an order you agree to them.

WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM

This store is operated by Undermotive (ABN 55 672 420 962), an Australian company that ships to customers in the United States. You can reach us at hello@shopnightly.com.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars. We take payment at the time you order. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order, and you can cancel for a full refund.

We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you choose a subscription, you are agreeing to a recurring charge every month at the price shown when you signed up. We will email you before each renewal. To pause, change the date or cancel, email us at hello@shopnightly.com and we will take care of it within one business day. Cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund an order that has already been processed, but that order can be returned under our refund policy.

If we ever change a subscription price, we will tell you at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

USING THE PRODUCT

Nightly is a cosmetic product. It conditions lashes for the appearance of length and volume. It is not a treatment and does not claim to grow lashes or to treat any condition.

Use it as directed. Keep it out of your eyes. If irritation occurs, stop using it. If you have an eye condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure for any reason, speak to your doctor before use.

YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid.

The text, images and design on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
