WHERE WE SHIP

Across the United States. We currently ship within the US only.

WHAT IT COSTS

Free standard shipping on every order, including subscription deliveries.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery is 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. We would rather tell you that upfront than round it down.

TRACKING

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your junk folder, then email us.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders ship every month, since one bottle lasts about a month. We send you an email a few days before each one is processed, so you always have time to pause, skip or change the date.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email hello@shopnightly.com and we will sort it out. We will replace a lost or damaged order at no cost to you.

Delivery times can move around during sale periods and holidays.
